Reservation & rental-credit terms

Last updated: 4 July 2026 · These terms are a plain-language summary. A signed agreement governs each reservation and takes precedence.

1. Reserving a unit

• A reservation deposit of ฿50,000 holds your chosen unit for 30 days.
• During the hold, the unit is not offered to other buyers.
• The deposit is paid under a written reservation agreement shared with you before payment.

2. If you buy

The ฿50,000 is deducted from the purchase price. Nothing is lost.

3. If you don't buy

• The full ฿50,000 converts to rental credit with Hybritel — at 100%, with no fee deducted.
• The credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and can be used toward rent on any available Hybritel unit.
• The reservation deposit is convertible to rental credit rather than refundable in cash, and the credit is non-transferable to another person. This is stated clearly before you pay.

4. Prices & availability

Prices shown on the site are indicative and subject to final confirmation. Availability is live but can change while you enquire. Foreign freehold or leasehold ownership depends on the specific unit.

5. Payments

We accept bank transfer, Wise, and — where suitable — USDT. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed by our team on-chain before a booking is finalised, and are handled in line with applicable Thai regulations. Digital assets are not used as a general means of paying for goods and services in Thailand; crypto is accepted only within permitted arrangements.

6. HPT token

HPT (Hybritel Pattaya Token) provides utility-based lifestyle and stay privileges linked to the project. Privileges may change and are not a guarantee of financial return. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer of securities. Do your own research before acquiring any token.

เงื่อนไขการจองและเครดิตค่าเช่า (ภาษาไทย)

1. การจองห้อง

• เงินจอง ฿50,000 ล็อกห้องที่คุณเลือกไว้ 30 วัน
• ระหว่างล็อก ห้องจะไม่ถูกเสนอให้ผู้ซื้อรายอื่น
• ชำระเงินจองภายใต้สัญญาจองเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรที่แจ้งให้คุณทราบก่อนชำระ

2. หากคุณซื้อ

เงิน ฿50,000 จะ หักออกจากราคาซื้อห้อง ไม่เสียเปล่า

3. หากคุณไม่ซื้อ

• เงิน ฿50,000 เต็มจำนวน แปลงเป็นเครดิตค่าเช่า กับ Hybritel เต็ม 100% ไม่หักค่าธรรมเนียม
• เครดิตใช้ได้ 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ออก และใช้เป็นค่าเช่ากับห้องว่างห้องไหนก็ได้ของ Hybritel
• เงินจอง แปลงเป็นเครดิตค่าเช่า ไม่คืนเป็นเงินสด และเครดิตโอนสิทธิ์ให้บุคคลอื่นไม่ได้ ข้อนี้ระบุชัดเจนก่อนชำระ

4. ราคาและห้องว่าง

ราคาบนเว็บเป็นราคาโดยประมาณและอาจปรับเปลี่ยนเมื่อยืนยันขั้นสุดท้าย ห้องว่างเป็นข้อมูลสด แต่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ระหว่างสอบถาม การถือครองแบบ freehold หรือ leasehold ของต่างชาติขึ้นกับแต่ละห้อง

5. การชำระเงิน

เรารับโอนธนาคาร Wise และ USDT (เมื่อเหมาะสม) การชำระด้วยคริปโตทีมงานจะยืนยันบนเครือข่ายก่อนปิดการจอง และดำเนินการตามกฎระเบียบไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลไม่ได้ใช้เป็นสื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการทั่วไปในไทย รับคริปโตเฉพาะภายในรูปแบบที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

6. โทเคน HPT

HPT (Hybritel Pattaya Token) ให้ สิทธิประโยชน์เชิงการใช้งานด้านไลฟ์สไตล์และการเข้าพัก ที่ผูกกับโครงการ สิทธิประโยชน์อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ และ ไม่ใช่การรับประกันผลตอบแทน ไม่มีข้อความใดบนเว็บนี้เป็นคำแนะนำการลงทุนหรือการเสนอขายหลักทรัพย์ โปรดศึกษาข้อมูลด้วยตนเองก่อนถือครองโทเคน
